Spring Arrived Dancing
Spring arrived
Dancing,
And scattered
Flowers here and there.
Spring arrived
Singing,
And called
Birds to the air.
Spring arrived
Smiling,
And showered
Love everywhere.

When Winter Comes Creeping In
With Winter only days away,
The morning air provides a reason,
For windows closed throughout the day,
A preview of the coming season.
The mid-day sun is bright and warm,
But never seems to be,
Too much to bear, for heat has charm,
On fleeting days we see.
The hearth stands ready for nights by the fire,
Hot cocoa seems less of a sin,
It’s time for big sweaters and the Yuletide choir,
When Winter comes creeping in.
